Standard — flexible timing, normal matching. Urgent — you need someone within 24 hours; we prioritise your request. Emergency — something needs attention now (e.g. a fence panel blew down, a door won't lock). Emergency requests go to all available tradies in your area immediately.

⚠ For genuine emergencies involving gas, live electrical, or structural collapse, call emergency services (000) first. Our platform is for handyman-level work, not licensed emergency trades.

Can I request the same tradie again?

Fill in the tradie application on our Join as a Tradie page. Provide your ABN, the suburbs you work in, and the services you offer. We review applications and approve based on availability in your area. Once approved, jobs start coming by SMS — no app to check, no dashboard to log into.

Do you take a commission from my jobs?

No. We do not take a commission at any point. Whatever you quote the customer is yours entirely — we never see it, never touch it, never know what the job paid. You price your own work. You keep everything you earn.

What does it cost to join and receive leads?

Pricing & billing questions

When are tradies billed?

Can I leave anytime?
